Returns Policy

Returns can be made within 30 days of your initial order. 

We aim to reimburse you within 7 working days of receipt of goods. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.


Online Returns: 

To make an online return, email your invoice to and quote your order number. 

We will email you UPS shipping labels and instructions to book in your collection.


Instore Returns:

Items can be returned in person to our Blackpitts store. Items must be accompanied with an invoice.

Food & Beverage Return: 

Due to the perishable nature of food and beverages we do not accept returns of food and beverages. However if there is an issue with your order please contact us with photos and we will arrange for a refund or replacement items to be sent out.

Risk of damage or deterioration to the goods passes to you, the buyer, on delivery so please contact us as soon as possible. We can not accept a claim for damage or deterioration after delivery unless we’re informed straight away. 

We also can not accept any responsibility for quality deterioration due to the following delivery problems:

  1. Incorrect addresses
  2. Unopened parcels
  3. Delayed deliveries due to weather problems.
  4. Gifts to recipients who have gone away or are unable to receive parcels.


Print Returns: 

Please note that due to monitor settings colours of prints may vary slightly from the colours you see on screen. However if large variations occur we will advise before shipment.

Due to the craft nature of hand pulled screen prints, slight variations can appear in prints.

In the unlikely event that a print arrives damaged or we have sent the incorrect print contact us and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out or a refund.
