Thiccc Sauce, born during a global pandemic, began in a small kitchen in lockdown in March 2020. What started as 5 bottles of scotch bonnet hot sauce has grown to a full range including a korean hot sauce, pineapple sweet chilli, ghost chilli hot sauces & many more. Thiccc Sauce has come along way & worked with some well respected names in the hospitality industry including THIS, North Brewery, Bundobust, Little Bao Boy & many more. The operation, currently run solely by owner & founder Luca Rollini is situated in Leeds historic former Tetley brewery in Hunslet Leeds with planning in the works to expand both the team & production to work with even more brands alongside the already solid core range.
