Marcus was just a home chef with a love for ramen until lockdown happened. Finding himself, with a lot of time on his hands, that passion became a mission - to make the best ramen in Dublin.
To perfect his recipe, he spent a lot (a lot) of time on the internet, finding recipes on Reddit, deep diving channels on YouTube and finding like-minded people: homecooks, chefs and shop owners to compare notes on recipes and everything else ramen-related.
MSG Noods is the result of those years of testing and trialing the best ramen recipes. Marcus brings his MSG Noods pop-up to Hen’s Teeth for one night only on the 25th October.
