Our friends at Space Mango are easing us into January with a music event in aid of Doctors Without Borders
Rory Nixon - an incredible banjo player from Belfast - started his music career playing acoustic indie but moved to blues / soul /country as he discovered his voice. His influences include Chris Stapleton, Marcus King, Rory Gallagher, Tyler Childers, and Paolo Nutini. An evening of roaring melodies and powerful voices, this will be something special.
Opening and closing the night, we will have Misha Impossible and Seńor ChunkyBeats on the decks with some latin and jazzy tunes. It might get bouncy later on in the evening too...
This event will be donations-based with profits going to Doctors Without Borders
Doors 7pm / Live performances from 9.30pm
Walkups welcome, donations can be made on the door or on Resident Advisor
