Ocelot Chocolate is a small business, based in Edinburgh, Scotland, and is owned and run by Matt and Ish. In 2013, two weeks after getting married, the couple started making chocolate in the back kitchen of their apartment, which they wrapped in cellophane and sold at local farmers markets. Seven years on they have a small factory, and an amazing little team who help them send their chocolate all around the world. Ocelot use only the highest quality ethical produce, and they use ethical business practices in every way they can. Their outer packaging is made in the UK from FSC certified paper stock. The inner film is 100% home and industrial compostable. They have always chosen to take a smaller profit margin in order to create the most delicious, and most ethical product.
