A mad scientist was trying to cure deafness by splicing the DNA of a bat and a human together. This experiment failed miserably instead creating Rami Afifi, half man, half bat. Any sound he heard was greatly amplified causing him great pain and anguish, his body was horribly disfigured. When a full moon would hit he would transform into a vampire bat. He often roams the night on a full moon, flying through the skies, terrorising the civilians. He has since retired from his nightly hauntings and now keeps himself busy drawing pictures of people. It calms him and keeps him distracted from his murder sprees.
