Get Up: A Dublin Fashion Trail with Disaronno
Scout / Indigo&Cloth / Nine Crows / Atrium / Om Diva / Hen’s Teeth

On Thursday, 8 November six of Dublin’s leading independent fashion stores took part in the first-ever Get Up, a Dublin Fashion Trail with Disaronno.
The curated series of events took visitors through launches, talks, workshops and parties. Get Up showcased the best of independent fashion in Dublin, including some of the retailers’ favourite designers and new collections. Starting at Scout in Temple Bar, the trail moved to Indigo&Cloth, Nine Crows, Atrium, and Om Diva before ending at Hen’s Teeth.
Get Up goers were treated to Disaronno cocktails along the route, as the makers of the world’s favourite Italian liqueur unveil their new-look, limited-edition bottle. #DisaronnoWearsTrussardi is the sixth Limited Edition of the Disaronno® Icon project, the brand’s annual collaboration with a leading name in Italian fashion.
Programme of Events
The team at Atrium hosted SALON: Sustainable Style at Atrium, a Q&A session with owners and designers, Kate Nolan and Chupi Sweetman, all about why the brands they stock are dedicated to a future for sustainable style.
Sculptor Daire O’ Shea worked in close collaboration with the team at Indigo & Cloth to create their AW18 window display. Daire created a display structure built in opposition to the garments - The central focus of this structure was to display fabrics under duress, thus bringing to the fore the technical abilities of the garment shown.
Hen’s Teeth hosted a launch party with Disaronno cocktails to present the first in a series of in-house capsule collections. The debut range is by Hen’s Teeth lead designer Mel Keane.
In store at Nine Crows, founders Emma Fraser and Dean Ryan McDaid were interviewed about their successes with both Nine Crows and their agency Not Another by Michael McDermott of Totally Dublin.
Om Diva launched their new Irish Designer collections for A/W 2018 as well as a their in house new homewear range. There were workshops and informal chats from some of the designers they stock – Kiki Na Art, artist and jeweller ran a workshop on the creative process behind her incredible pieces and Janice Byrne revealed the magic behind the making of a silver ring from start to finish.
Wendy Crawford at Scout showcased knitwear designer, Liadain Aiken. Liadain was store for the evening for chats about her knitwear brand and held a darning workshop, showing people how to mend their knitwear or embellish it.
The Get Up after party took place at the Gold Bar, Hang Dai with KT Mc and Keith from Tiny Choons.
